After checkout, we start working on your order.

Artwork & approval

After your order is placed, our designer creates a realistic hand-drawn illustration of your pet from your photo and builds the full rug design using your chosen template, colors and text.

Within 24 hours you receive the design preview by email.

You have free revisions – just reply by email with your comments, and we’ll adjust the illustration and layout until you’re fully happy.

Once you approve the design, your rug goes into production.

Production & delivery

Production time: 5-7 business days.

Shipping time: approximately 7-10 days, depending on your location.

Most customers receive their rug in around 2-2.5 weeks from approving the design.

FAQs

How long will it take to receive my rug?

After design approval, orders typically arrive within 2–2.5 weeks.

Production takes up to 5–7 business days, followed by 7–10 days for shipping, depending on location.

Can I change the design if I don’t like the first draft?

Yes. You have unlimited revisions. We’ll adjust the illustration, colors and layout until you’re happy.

I like your templates, but can I change something in the design?

Yes. If you want to adjust colors, text placement or small design details, simply leave your comments at checkout. Our designer will take your notes into account when creating the first design draft and we can refine everything further during the revision stage.

Do you accept returns?

Because each rug is made to order with your pet’s portrait, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or small variations in color. If there is a clear quality issue or the rug arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

How do animals react to the rugs?

Most pets love them. The rugs are soft, cozy and non-slip, so they feel like a comfortable little spot they can claim as their own. Of course, every animal is different, but many customers tell us their pets quickly choose the rug as a favorite place to nap or hang out.

Can I wash the rug? Will the print fade?

Yes, you can gently wash the rug – the print is designed to handle cleaning and will not simply wash off.

We recommend:

  • vacuuming regularly for everyday care,
  • for deeper cleaning, hand-washing the surface gently with cool water and mild detergent,
  • letting the rug air-dry flat.

Avoid bleach, ironing and very hot water to keep the colors vivid for as long as possible.
